Anna King, Principal Designer and Founder
Anna founded Anna King & Co. in 2017, driven by a lifelong passion for interior design. Before launching her own venture, she was in the corporate world, shaping the culture and creative office environment, first at a technology-focused hedge fund and later at a. social media startup that was ultimately acquired. This experience, combined with her hands-on role in several office renovations, sparked her decision to pursue her dream of building an interior design company from the ground up.
As a self-taught interior designer, stylist, and photographer, Anna blends her colonial Virginia roots with influences from her time living in Fort Worth and San Francisco. Her style is organic, earthy, and timeless, often weaving together vintage finds and European elements with a crisp, natural aesthetic. When she’s not designing, Anna enjoys antiquing, sipping wine with her husband, and making joyful memories with her two kids around the pool and at the beach.
Anna’s unconventional path to interior design reflects her belief that passion and talent always find a way. Her work at AK & Co. brings that vision to life, creating spaces that are both deeply personal and effortlessly beautiful.
Courtney Silva, Director of Design Operations
Courtney comes to AK & Co. with many years of experience in the design industry. She spends most of her time with the loves of her life, her husband, Tim, and two rambunctious sons, Cohen and Carter. Courtney is a lifelong lover of all things design, but beyond that she enjoys spending time with friends, coffee, Taylor Swift, wine, and being at the beach. Courtney is a Texas native and also journeyed through San Francisco where she worked for GAP brands prior to landing in Atlanta. Whether new construction project or major home renovation, Courtney is passionate about making our client’s dream home a reality.
